What a visit looks like, start to finish.
No appointment is needed. Most visits take 15 to 30 minutes, and nothing is sold until you say yes.
- 01
Before you come
Bring everything you are thinking of selling, even pieces you are unsure about. There is no need to clean, sort, or weigh anything first; we do that at the counter. Bring a photo ID, which Tennessee requires for every precious-metal purchase.
- 02
At the counter
Your items are separated by karat and metal, then tested and weighed in front of you. We walk through the offer line by line, from the day's spot price to the final offer, and answer every question before you decide anything.
- 03
Leaving
If you accept, you are paid the same day. If you want to think it over, take your pieces home. Nothing is sold until you say so, and nobody here will try to change your mind.
Evaluations are private and one-on-one, with security on site.

5.0 on Google from 1,105 reviews“Great, honest, and reputable place to sell your scrap gold or silver. They offer the highest prices I’ve seen after contacting several stores across Kentucky and Tennessee. Drove all the way from Paducah, KY to visit them and do not regret the choice.”
I felt like I was visiting family. I was greeted by Dad at the door, and the daughter and granddaughter helped me every step of the way. Honest, warm, and professional.
Linda Day Came in today to sell some gold and got a way better price for it than I thought. Tom was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us get the best price.
Roxana B. I shopped around a few places before coming here, and they gave me the best price by far for my gold. The staff was honest, professional, and made the whole process super easy.
Jerry G. Just took in some jewelry to have appraised and was given a great price. They were friendly and easy to work with. Family owned and highly recommend.
